Bar Babies
So I am somehow doing everything backwards this year. Wound up gaining sloppy weight in the summer & now trying to lean down in the winter. I generally just try to eat clean but I broke down & hopped on the #IntermittentFasting bandwagon. Its surprisingly not that hard to follow & I’m dropping lbs steadily (7lbs in 3 weeks). #Fasting is working not because it’s the best diet style ever but mainly because I can only ingest so many cals in my “feed” window (8 hrs on, 16 hrs fast). At the end of the day I’m just eating less. The basic premise of any diet. And as long as you adhere to it, any dieting style will work. They all boil down to burning more than you intake aka “get off your ass & stop eating so damn much”. So don’t do whats trendy, just find whatever one works for you & stick to it!

Quick bicep superset to blast your arms. Start out w/ your standard bicep curl (close or wide) for 8-10 reps & then flip your grip around and repeat the same amount of reps (Reverse Curls). Your arms will be on burning! 🔥🔥🔥 For those like me w/ lagging forearms, this will help em catch up.

On the weekends I can take my time working out so I like to throw in “extras” between most sets. Here I add in a plate press or a plate front raise after a set of upright rows. Generally the extra will be something I can do fast & w/ little equipment. I also try to make it target the primary or secondary muscle group that Im currently working.
